Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Aarsiv Groups and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Aarsiv Groups harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Shipi at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you by this Agreement will immediately cease.

Privacy We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Shipi, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Modifications to the Agreement We may modify this Agreement at any time, and the updated version will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Aarsiv Groups regarding the Service and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
