The order arrives in Shipi with the locker already attached. One click creates the BOX NOW voucher.

Drop off or get collected

Hand the parcel to BOX NOW using your normal process. Nothing changes in your warehouse routine.

Tracking stays in sync

Status updates flow back to your store automatically, so your customer and your order list agree.

Common questions

Do I need my own BOX NOW account?

Yes. You sign a contract with BOX NOW directly, and they give you API credentials. You then enter those credentials in Shipi and we handle the technical side. If you get stuck on the credential step, email us and we will do it with you.

Which platforms are supported?

Wix and WooCommerce today. If you are on another platform and need BOX NOW, tell us which one. We add integrations regularly and will give you an honest answer about timing.

Can I offer BOX NOW and courier delivery at the same time?

Yes, and most stores should. Shipi shows both at checkout and you can set rules, for example locker delivery under a certain weight and courier delivery above it, or free locker delivery over a basket value.

What happens if a parcel is not collected?

BOX NOW handles the return process according to their terms. The status change flows into Shipi tracking, so you can see it in your order list rather than finding out later.

Is there a weight or size limit?

Yes, lockers have size and weight limits set by BOX NOW, and these vary by market. Check the current limits with BOX NOW for the countries you ship to, then set matching rules in Shipi so oversized orders default to a courier instead.
