STEP 3

Print labels

Open an order, choose a DHL Global Mail service and create the label. Package details come from the order.

STEP 4

Hand it over

No. DHL Global Mail is a postal-style service for light international packets and mail. It uses its own API credentials and EKP customer number. Many stores use it alongside DHL Express.

Do I need my own DHL Global Mail account?

Yes. You open a business account with DHL Global Mail and enter its credentials in Shipi (DHL API consumer key and secret and customer EKP number). You keep your negotiated rates and pay Shipi only for the software. If you get stuck on the credential step, our team will set it up with you.

Can I use DHL Global Mail alongside other carriers?

Yes. Add as many carriers as you need to one Shipi account and choose per order, or set shipping rules that decide which options appear at checkout.
