How it works

STEP 1

Connect your store

Install Shipi on WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, OpenCart or PrestaShop. Orders start syncing straight away.

STEP 2

Add your Econt Express account

Enter your e-Econt username and password in Shipi's carrier settings and pick the services you want to offer.

STEP 3

Print labels

Open an order, choose a Econt Express service and create the label. Package details come from the order.

STEP 4

Tracking stays in sync

The tracking number goes back to your store and Shipi keeps checking the status until the parcel is delivered.

Common questions

Do I need a separate Econt API key?

No. Shipi signs in with your e-Econt username and password. If you have a contract with Econt, add the name registered on it and your COD agreement number, then use Test connection to check everything before going live.

Can customers choose an Econt office at checkout?

On Wix, yes: turn on the Econt office map and shoppers pick their office before they pay. On other platforms you choose the office when you create the label, or Shipi uses the office nearest to the customer.

Do I need my own Econt Express account?

Yes. You open a business account with Econt Express and enter its credentials in Shipi (e-Econt username and password). You keep your negotiated rates and pay Shipi only for the software. If you get stuck on the credential step, our team will set it up with you.

Can I use Econt Express alongside other carriers?

Yes. Add as many carriers as you need to one Shipi account and choose per order, or set shipping rules that decide which options appear at checkout.

Which store platforms does this work with?

Any store you connect to Shipi: WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, OpenCart and PrestaShop. The carrier setup is the same on every platform.
