How it works
STEP 1
Connect your store
Install Shipi on WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, OpenCart or PrestaShop. Orders start syncing straight away.
STEP 2
Add your DHL24 account
Enter your DHL24 WebAPI username, password and DHL account number in Shipi's carrier settings and pick the services you want to offer.
STEP 3
Print labels
Open an order, choose a DHL24 service and create the label. Package details come from the order.
STEP 4
Tracking stays in sync
The tracking number goes back to your store and Shipi keeps checking the status until the parcel is delivered.

Common questions
Is DHL24 the same as DHL Express?
No. DHL24 is DHL Parcel's service for shipments within Poland and uses its own WebAPI account. DHL Express is DHL's international express network. You can connect both to Shipi and use each where it fits.
Do I need my own DHL24 account?
Yes. You open a business account with DHL24 and enter its credentials in Shipi (DHL24 WebAPI username, password and DHL account number). You keep your negotiated rates and pay Shipi only for the software. If you get stuck on the credential step, our team will set it up with you.
Can I use DHL24 alongside other carriers?
Yes. Add as many carriers as you need to one Shipi account and choose per order, or set shipping rules that decide which options appear at checkout.
Which store platforms does this work with?
Any store you connect to Shipi: WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, OpenCart and PrestaShop. The carrier setup is the same on every platform.
